Silverstone was appointed to act as Project Manager and Contract Administrator to deliver the construction of a new two-storey office and mezzanine extension on behalf of Hitachi Construction Machinery UK at their Hebburn headquarters. 

The new 6,500 sq ft steel framed internal extension provides Hitachi with additional office space, locker rooms, changing facilities, showers and a graphics print and lamination room which support their manufacturing process. 

Our role involved managing an appointed design team to allow the contractor to deliver the scheme within a timely manner and on budget.
