Silverstone relocates Leeds office amid growth in buoyant market

Chartered building surveyors and project managers, Silverstone Building Consultancy, has relocated its Leeds office to provide room for growth after securing a string of UK-wide instructions for institutional clients.

Silverstone – which has offices in Leeds, London and Newcastle – has operated in Leeds since 2018 and provides building surveying and project management services for clients throughout the UK.

The move from 40 Park Square North to The Old Brewery on Call Lane – a short distance from Leeds railway station within the vibrant, regenerated city centre waterfront district – will support the firm's continued growth in Yorkshire while providing additional capacity to service an expanding portfolio of national projects.

The team has acted for major institutional and commercial clients including British Land, Harworth Group Plc, Leeds Bradford Airport, Glenbrook, Leopard Capital, The Inn Collection Group, Dransfield, Motorpoint, JM Glendenning and Womble Bond Dickinson.

The contemporary office space is being leased from Yorkshire Design Group.

The firm is currently recruiting for a qualified building surveyor to join the team.
