Silverstone was appointed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator to oversee the repair and refurbishment of the historic Harrogate Inn hotel in central Harrogate.

The project included the creation of six new luxury suites, two new bar and restaurant areas, along with a redesigned main entrance and beer garden.

Our role involved coordinating the project team, including designers and architects, and working closely with the contractor to ensure the scheme was delivered successfully.
