Upon the expiry of the tenant’s lease, we were appointed by the landlord, Canal & River Trust, to prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations on the 9,000 sq ft office suite. Once the tenant had undertaken some of the works detailed in our Schedule we were then instructed to negotiate a financial settlement to cover the outstanding works as per the terms of the lease agreement.
