Silverstone Building Consultancy Ltd was appointed as an Expert Witness by a Solicitor to act on behalf of the defendant, a local timber windows manufacturer. Our instruction was to assess the condition and cause of the deterioration of the windows of a property in an exposed location in Northumberland. Our role consisted of reviewing all of the previous reports and documentation in relation to the case, prior to inspecting the property and producing a Part 35-compliant expert report for Court proceedings.
