We were appointed to carry out a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) survey of both the internal and external elements of the property. The survey focused on the roof, elevations, and windows, as the client was aware of existing issues but required a comprehensive assessment of their extent.
With the use of a drone, we conducted a detailed inspection of the roof and elevations, areas that were otherwise inaccessible. This enabled us to provide a thorough condition analysis along with costed recommendations for both immediate maintenance and long-term capital planning.
