Silverstone acted as the 'Building Owners' Party Wall surveyor in respect of a large new-build residential scheme in Newcastle quayside on behalf of Stripe Homes.

We had to carry out a technical due diligence review of the tender drawings and then request additional information from structural engineers and architects so that any notices served were valid.

We undertook Schedules of Condition and prepared Party Wall Awards with the neighbouring property owners in respect of the proposed new development, which were all agreed individually with each party.
