When instructed to manage your project we will act as the lead consultant and single point of responsibility. We deal directly with the appointment of sub-consultants to seamlessly deliver your completed project from start throught to practical completion. In doing this we draw on a number of specialist skills including; product specification, a detailed specification of works, knowledge of building contracts and excellent communication skills.

The process involves obtaining competitive tenders from building contractors, administering the building contract and certification of the works.  We have experience of every type of property from listed buildings to industrial warehouses, hospitals to hotels.
